Dr. Monchamp is a native of Northern California, near Klamath Falls. He attended UC Davis for his undergraduate degree. He travelled across the country to New York Medical College for his medical degree and then back to California to UCLA for his residency in Internal Medicine and his Fellowship in Endocrinology. He is board certified in Endocrinology.

In his spare time Dr. Monchamp enjoys many of the outdoor pursuits that are available in central Oregon.
